The beauty of Alana De La Garza is awe-inspiring even on tiny screens. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Soon after she was moving to Texas to pursue her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time prior to moving in Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of character roles including local independent movies and commercials. Even with the minor role, she found that acting was her love. When she moved to New York, in 2001 she landed her first acting role in the show All My Children. Through the early part of 2000, she played small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was offered her first major series role on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some outstanding TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Then she joined the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and brought De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she was awarded one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza, in an recurring role on CSI Miami was announced a couple of minutes later. She was cast as Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. As Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on the NBC's dark and tense drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are born of Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. She was brought up in a conservative, religious family. Milano was just seven years old when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. She was one of the four girls selected out of over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano has appeared on TV in commercials as well as off Broadway productions, including an adaptation musical from Jane Eyre.
